"The room was smaller than I anticipated and have experienced with other Wyndham hotels, but it worked for my needs. Three family members had to share a room due to a last minute exit from another family member so the room I initially requested was only for 2 people but still smaller than what I am accustomed to with Wyndham. Mychal at the desk was wonderful and patient, the Valet staff were courteous as well. Ariel at the Concierge desk was absolutely wonderful and full of information. The location was exactly what we needed as first time tourists as it was conveniently located to EVERYTHING we wanted and/or needed. We were housed on the 18th floor which required the use of our room cards to gain access to which was cute. On the 2nd day we had ventured out tot he streets and returned after 3:30 and our room had NOT been cleaned, I called the desk to inform of such and they were there within 5 minutes. I do not agree that she should have been cleaning the room while we were in it and we had just returned from being gone all day and had to leave all over again for her to clean, and she seemed unhappy as a result of being reported as she was not pleasant towards us. Overall, I would definitely stay here again should I ever return. "

"Being right on Bourbon street makes it very convenient to party and most locations are within walking distance. The Jazz Club on property buts on great shows and the restaurant are clean with god food and good service "
