"Our stay in March was just so lovely. The staff was extremely helpful. The location is ideal... not even a 2min walk to the beach, a breakfast spot next door, and three restaurants at varying price points on the same block. We couldn't have asked for anything better"

"Our tv and Internet were not working. No one answered the phone at reception to get someone to come down as no one is there from 3pm onwards. We also had a blocked toilet that we had to put up with not flushing so made the room smelly. Those 3 problems were rectified the next morning. Discolouration around shower door which was black. May have been black mould. That could be fixed with exit mould spray. Beds were comfortable and sheets clean. Steep stairs to get to reception. Unless you can...

"I booked this place even though it was a little dearer than Waiheke Resort next door, because the other place had a few bad reviews about check-in only being open between 2-4pm etc, and the bar was closed early etc. So we rocked up at nearly 4pm to check in, and wow it’s the same place!! "

Would be great if info about nearby food options supplied eg. It was only in daylight we realised there was a NW supermarket across the road. "
