"Out of all the places we stayed during our three weeks on the South Island, Ratanui Lodge provided the best service and hospitality. Firstly, the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for them and the two ladies we dealt with went out of their way to give recommendations and ensure our stay was fantastic. "Excellent location to explore the region. Friendly people are running their lodge with nice rooms, good beds and shower. Breakfast included with own products and also means to make your own meal in the evening, incl a BBQ. Sitting on the deck in the afternoon enjoying the scenery is also a fine way too end a day. "
