"Beautiful area but was let down on the cleanliness and facilities. The white bedding had brown stains all over and cob webs in the bath room. On multiple websites it stated their was a spa for guest use, despite this not being the case. The info in our room also stated breakfast basket apon arrival as well as spa for guest to use, neither which were true. Little things can make a big impact, for example, it would have been nice when we came to our room after a hot day for the air con to be on,...

The window to the room was wide open on arrival, it would not lock. Also suggest you install power points that have USB outlets for charging phones. "Good amount of under cover parking, Pool looks like it would be great in the summer months. Decent sized rooms. Easy to navigate around the Greater Bendigo area from."
