"Nice hotel, good location, good service"

"Clean, in IT park , close to everything."

"We loved our stay in Marco Polo. We just wished there was a microwave in the room and the supply of drinking water wasn’t enough for the two of us. Is Marco Polo going to have a ‘gift shop’ where we could possibly purchase water, etc?"

"Accommodating staff."

"We love staying at Harolds. However, there is always something amiss. Keys don’t work, WiFi, telephone. But we keep going back because the staff is soo sweet and attentive. The location could be better. You need to take a cab everywhere. The rooftop is good for drinks. Nice views, but the food is so so."

"It is what it is. The place is just OK, nothing special. At check in because I booked a package deal it only listed me as a single person, flying from the U.S. to Cebu by myself it did not give me the option to include my wife (Filipina living in the area) to the reservation. I asked if I could get extra breakfast vouchers or pay for them. I was told no. When I left and went to another location, I was told that they did provide vouchers. "The breakfast buffet is good. Brenden and other breakfast staff were very polite and helpful. The open rooftop restaurant has a nice ambiance."

"It was very spacious .. we booked a premium 3 bedrooms for our family !! Everyone was comfortable ..! Service was great very accommodating !"

"Kami menginap selama 3 malam disini. Kondisi kamar lumayan luas dan bersih. Staf hotel juga sangat membantu kami. Lokasi hotel agak masuk ke dalam jadi tidak bising suara kendaraan. Hanya breakfastnya saja yang pilihannya kurang hanya tersedia ham dan omlet saja dan tidak ada buah."
