The staff was great. Dealt with any request or problem we had quickly. Our door lock wasn't working, within minutes someone came to fix it. Not the best hotel for those traveling with small children. The "playground" was small and our 3 year old got bored quickly. She had fun in the pool but other than that, not much for her to do.

Leider ist das Personal nicht zuvorkommend und ist eher genervt wenn man Fragen stellt. (Bezüglich Örtlichkeit, Verkehrsmittel, Restaurantempfehlungen) Das Hotel ist eher laut und hellhörig dafür ist es sehr zentral. Frühstück ist ok nichts besonderes, leider jeden Tag dasselbe. Die Bäder könnten renoviert werden. Beim Ausleihen der Fahrräder sind nur Probleme entstanden, weil das Personal die Räder verstellt hat und mit fremden Fahrrädern verschlossen hat. Es wurde dann so gelöst, dass wir nicht zahlen mussten. Ich würde nicht nochmal kommen.

Mukava perushotelli. Viihtyisä allasalue ja siistin oloinen allas. Harmittavasti meille osui remontoimaton huone, joten huone oli aika kulunut ja ei erityisen hyvin siivottu. Olisin toivonut parempaa peittoa ja siihen pussilakanaa, nyt jouduimme käyttämään päiväpeittoa peittona. Kaappitilaa oli myös turhan vähän ja vessassa pari koukkua pyyhkeille olisi ollut hyvä. Kiva kun pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin

Anesis was a great experience
Anesis was a great experience from the moment we came to the last minute of our vacation. Nice location in Napa, Large room, comfortable beds, pool area and cafeteria, everything was great. Special thanks to the dinner squad, we loved the food, tzatziki, wine and conversations. Cyprus was a fantastic family holiday and if we come to Ayia Napa again we will again book a room in Anesis.

The pool is amazing. Surrounded by greenary. Has a small waterfall and every a bubble jakuzzi section within it. They also have a separate Jakuzzi larga enough for 20 people. Stuff were extremely friendly. It's a family business so they do take care of you. Breakfast was very good. Very clean hotel. 3 mins walk from harbour and 5 mins from square. Parking available.

Lovely small hotel
Lovely small hotel. Perfect location, quiet but 2 mins walk. Staff very friendly, evening buffet fairly basic but always found something we liked. Small hotel so not too busy. Great pool.

We did not sleep for a week
Family of four. mom, dad, 9yr and 17yr. First impressions are fantastic. We booked a room for all four and we got a very nice room, where we could separate the beds to 2 + 2- PERFECT and very surprised. The pool is nice, right temperature, great for playing and swimming, and relaxing. There is a baby pool and a bubble bath. Nice surroundings. BUT then the good things stop. The hotel was a mix of families and youn very noisy people, away from mom and dad for the first time. They completely smashed our vacaition, I did sleep from prox 6 am to 10 am for a week. They were hammering our door, each other's doors running back and forth, partying and getting back from the city during the night between 3-5 am. The reception did not care too much, they blamed it on the agency the kids was traveling with. When the group of kids finaly left... a new group of exactly the same type of youngster moved in and started all over. We got a voucher from the manager on 4 drinks and dinner at the hotel.... we traded that for a late checkout... But my god. We have had our vacation for 6 years in Aya Napa, never ever have we had these problems. Management must find out if they are a youth hostel or a family vacation hotel. Right, do NOT stay here as a family. Go to Panthera, Sunwing's hotels etc. they got it all covered. Never Anesis again.

Dear Mr. Gustavo, We would like to thank you and we appreciated your comments. All teams in Anesis Hotel make their best effort to satisfy all guests’ needs and to deliver the best experience. The first time you report the incident with the young noisy guests at the reception, we offer you the opportunity to change room, but you refuse to do so. The second time you report the same incident at the reception we took actions immediately by confronting the guests. The same time we offer you for the second time the opportunity to change room. Also you took advantage for the 4 drinks and you did not trade that with late check out. With regards to the young guests, unfortunately the hotel has no control as to whom the Tour Operators sell the hotel to. They can book the hotel in exactly the same way as you did. It is indeed an issue faced with all hotels close to the center this year and we are all trying to minimizing it by increasing security. Hopefully things will return to normal in a couple of weeks. This place is AMAZING. The staff and the owners are some of the best hoteliers I have ever met. Please keep in mind I am saying this as it is a 3star hotel but if you are not stupid American tourist and an actual traveler; you will feel at home here as much as I did. Great atmosphere, great location, friendly staff.
Great hotel. Our room was recently renovated with modern furniture. One drawback was that the water in the shower wouldn't drain properly and also wifi was not free. But overall this hotel deserves more than the 3-star rating that it has.

Тихий,спокойный отель.
Месторасположения отеля просто отличное,в самом центре,но при этом тихо.Сам отель и номера классные,я бы оценила, как 4-ех звезд.отель,а не 3.Все отлично,единственное,что меня смутило это-уборка номеров,каждый день,но абы кабы,уборка средней поршивости,но здесь видно горничным просто лень.А так все отлично,я обязательно еще туда поеду:)

Preisleistung perfekt
insgesammt gesehen ein super hotel. Sehr freundliche angestellte und das preis leistungs verhältniss passte. Unser zimmer wahr sehr sauber und wurde auch jeden tag frisch bezogen und geputzt.

Not as expected, hidden extra costs
The room was big enough for 2. Our booking indicated that wifi was free however the hotel was charging wifi. I was not happy for the fact that I had to pay to use the small fridge in the room. That's redicilous when you pay €110 per night. Breakfast is good. Another point,there was a lot of machinery noise in the room (i complained but they couldnt do anything). Location is good since you can walk to the beach and the main area of Ayia Napa. Free parking.
