"On arrival my key card didn’t work but it was quickly rectified by the housekeeper and receptionist. Unfortunately my room was over a building that had a fan running all night and the pipes ? water pipes were very noisy at times … woke me just after 5 am. The room was however clean and well maintained."

Bit disappointing when checking out as waited 5 minutes and no staff appeared! As we didn’t need to settle any bill I just left the key on the counter."
