"Excellent location. Cabot circus literally across the road. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good.
Room was average clean. Underside of bath handle was gross. Corners of room dusty and set of daughter's asthma when she was hiding there.
Beds are very springy. Rooms very warm, air con limited. Shower tap was not working properly so water was very hot. Rooms quiet or a hotel next to a main road.
Water dispensers on each floor which was good.
Would not stay again. Slept badly and room...

"Free laundry, yay! And the kitchen had everything needed to cook. It’s very conveniently located close to tube and train stations, lots of restaurants, and a surprisingly quiet neighbour hood. We would definitely stay here again "

"This was my fourth stay at this hotel; I stay here for the good value and excellent location, as it’s near my favourite parks (Hyde and Holland) and a useful tube station. This stay was a little disappointing because the hotel is under constant construction. It was very disruptive throughout the day, especially as I’d hoped to work from my room during my 8-night stay. I was annoyed by this and the large, rowdy school group that arrived on my last night, partying next door and in the hallways of...

"Many of the rooms have no windows to the outside, they just open into an indoor conference room, this is not clear on the website. The rooms are very warm even with the AC on full. The shower in our room had a frosted glass wall into the bedroom, okay for a couple but may not be if you are travelling with your mother. The coffee shop at the hotel is no longer open, there is only the breakfast buffet which is £22pp, however there are lots of coffee shops in the area. Overall it suited our needs...
