"The rooms were very small but well designed so it didn’t feel small. Also the placement of light switches and having reading lights on the headboard were lovely touches. Would have preferred to have a shower curtain or door in between sink area and shower as I was traveling with a friend and not romantic partner but that wasn’t too bad. Love that the toilet is secluded in its own room. "

"This was my first time at this hotel. It doesnt look much from the outside but it's very nice inside. The room is clean and has enough space. Nice clean, comfy bed gave me a hood nights sleep.as i was knly stopping overnight to catch the eurostar the next morning, i didn't have breakfast so cant say if it was ok. I would definitely stop here again though"

"I had to upgrade to a deluxe queen because the one I booked didn’t have a window in the bedroom. The window was through the bathroom and it had a small smell to it. However, the layout of the room was very nice, fun and it had everything I needed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My new room was excellent."

"Maintenance was not prompt. AC was not working in the room. We reported at 6 PM but it was not fixed and we called again at 11PM and they told us the maintenance people have left for the day. We did not have AC for rest of our stay. "

"Reception staff very helpful and quick. They gave me room i requested by email for good view. Got upgraded to club breakfast but more choice in normal breakfast. Also buffet style so great. Muffin man cafe great for breakfast also. V close to high st kensington tube. Can walk to kensington palace and holland park. Rooms cleaned every day. Expensive shop for food in hotel. "

"Great hotel in an excellent location. Our room smelt beautiful, lovely bathroom and beds were really comfortable. Complimentary tea/coffee/biscuits were a bit stingy and I was annoyed that there was an additional charge to use the pool - at the price paid for 1 night I think they could include a free dip in the pool. Very nice breakfast. Overall, lovely stay."

"An amazing stay - really nice hotel and staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Ideally located for sightseeing and transport links. "A wonderful stay for a first time in London. The rooms with a view are worth the price. The hotel offers a good base to explore the riverfront area. The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities are top notch. A special shout out to the bartenders at Lyaness bar, they are wonderful and make amazing cocktails. The 12th Knot bar offers a wonderful view of the Thames with excellent cocktails and a upbeat vibe. An overall wonderful stay in London."
