"Absolutely loved our stay. The hotel was amazing—spotlessly clean with a warm, welcoming vibe from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely couldn’t do enough for you, always going the extra mile with a smile.
Our room was very spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of storage and a calm, modern feel. The beds were super comfortable, with quality linens and pillows, and I can honestly say I’ve never had such an amazing night’s sleep.

"Overall it was a pleasant stay. Location was excellent and parking for 48 hours is included.
But.. do not stay in a heatwave like we did. I know it’s a rare occurrence, but in the summer, this must be a real issue. The windows do not open effectively (tiny gap) and although a fan is provided, it really did nothing. A winter hotel for me for sure."

"Underwhelming hotel for the price point and not well maintained. If you're looking for a Beatles experience, you can skip this one. AC was not working in our room during the recent heat wave and there was no alternative solution. "We were very happy with our stay. When we booked it worked out cheaper than your standard travel lodge/premier inn so we where worried the images online wouldn’t match the experience but we where wrong! "Brilliant location for the station. Lovely hotel with free bottled water every day which is not even advertised. The staff are lovely and the whole thing is set up to make the guests feel as comfortable as possible.

"Nice hotel, staff were pleasant on check in. Room easy to find. I like the darker look of the room, it’s easier for me to sleep. However unfortunately we didn’t sleep very well as the room was just so hot. There was a desk fan thankfully, it’s just unfortunate that the weather was warm & so we were only pushing around hot air.
Bed/pillows were comfortable. Decent sized room. Slight noise from other hotel room doors banging shut, but not much can be done about that.

"It was OK. Bed was comfy but the room could have done with a proper deep clean. Bathroom although seemingly clean on surface smelt like wee and we had blood on our curtains (we didn’t see this until the morning) - we would have asked to have moved rooms if spotted when we checked in. We were just in a rush at check in to drop bags and get to a concert. Location is good."
