This hotel is close to train stations, the Beatles attractions, and the dock. The room was clean and big. It had a sink, a refrigerator and a microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay and we would stay there again.

Very secure property for being in the central district. Minutes away from all the train stations and directly across from the central. Easy walk to the river front, shopping and dining. Has all amenities including laundromat and close to Tesco for grocery needs.

Happy customer!

Great location for all activities, not accessible by car but discounted parking close by. Room was well equipped and comfortable and surprisingly quiet for being located in the middle of town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Throughly recommend a stay at these apartments.

All the staff are fantastic, nothing too much trouble for them. The room was spotless and very well equipped. The location is excellent, the train stations are a 5 minute walk away and all the shopping area is literally just outside the hotel door. I wouldn't stop anywhere else, fantastic.

Things seemed a bit disorganized following a recent transfer of hotel ownership. Still, staff seemed to be trying and were pleasant on check-in and check-out. The property is conveniently located and the apartment was comfortable, clean and decently equipped.

From the moment of booking, through check-in, to our sad departure 5 days later, this was the best stay we have ever had in Liverpool.
