"The location is great! Near to the port and street, shopping malls and lots of restaurants are just all 10 minutes walk! This is my second time to stay at Cove Paradise. And luckily I got a room upgrade this time! Rooms are clean and amenities are good. Just the parking space is a little expensive. But overall I think I must will visit again."

"Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Staff very friendly. Provided hairdryer, terrible. Rang before visit to ask if there was shampoo & conditioner, told yes to both but actually was only conditioner so had to go out and buy. Had to request 2nd bathrobe, no facility to call to reception "

"We arrived at the hotel early expecting to just leave our bags until check-in time. But as our room was already available we were able to check-in well before 3pm. Room was excellent, As ere all the staff spoke to. Breakfast was good and well set to. Only around 10 minutes to walk to the Lime Street Station, or Centre of Liverpool . Will definitely stay again and happy to recommend for a stay in Liverpool.. "

"Room was cosy, but window glass was little bit foggy, couldn’t see beautiful scenery much thought the windows. The room haven’t fridge. Fridge should be in the hotel room these days. Staff members are so friendly and polite. Breakfast was awesome. I spend 3 nights with my kids for LFC match, I highly recommend this hotel for vacation in Liverpool."
