"Excellent location for the M & S Bank Arena and Albert Dock, rooms very spacious and spotlessly clean, very well equipped. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast, although not the choice of some hotels was still very good. Would definitely recommend and stay again"

"Very clean, modern hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good service and choice at breakfast, which ran smoothly, everything replenished quickly and tables cleaned straight away. Great location for restaurants. Chinatown is round the corner. Room on 4th floor was very quiet, no traffic noise. Lovely hot shower in pristine bathroom. Family friendly hotel."

"The hotel is fine. It is cheap and you get what you pay for. The bathroom could have been cleaner but the rest of the room was fine. The staff at breakfast was lovely and they had a good selection. The location is good"

"I don't think we have ever stayed in a cleaner place than this one: it was immaculate. The location is central and makes getting around so easy. Having the kitchen facilities was a bonus and made the stay homely. The staff were extremely helpful and made lots of good suggestions as to where to visit. All in all a lovely break."

"The host was friendly and helpful. We received our check in codes in advance so were able to check in without waiting around when we arrived. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Was in a great location and had a supermarket at the end of the road. Would definitely stay here again. "
