The elevators are pretty small, and it's a hike up 4 stories of stairs to the reception area. "Hidden gem, location is absolutely amazing if your planning on shopping. The young girl on reception was an absolute gem, so helpful and friendly, couldn't be more helpful. Room are perfect and extremely clean. Shared a room with my teenage daughters, the room had a small alcove for the other bed so created a small bit of privacy which was just perfect. Breakfast is beautiful fresh pastries and coffees. Will absolutely be back "

"The apartments was comfortable and larger than expected. It had basic facilities including a kettle and coffee. The block has no foyer and the reception area was tiny and functional, more what you would expect with an apartment block them with a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful Though not always on site. When I came back to collect my case it was unsupervised and I was unable to find any staff numbers."
