"Had a fantastic night’s stay at The Halyard - wish I had been there for longer! Check in was quick and easy and I was able to get into the room on the 6th floor early. The room was spacious and very comfortable with plenty of hangers and drawer space to unpack. Complimentary drinks in the mini bar were much appreciated. It was quiet and there was no disturbance from other rooms or outside. Lovely smelling toiletries and the corridors event smelled nice - little details that make a stay feel more...

"Great welcome from reception staff, we were only going to drop our bags off as check in was another 3 hours however our room was ready so we were able to check in and start our weekend. The whole hotel smelt nice and clean, all staff were friendly, room was lovely and clean. No view but we didnt need one as we had no intention of staying in. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Hotel is in a great central spot with Duke St Food Market just up the street with loads of food choices."

"Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Staff very friendly. Provided hairdryer, terrible. Rang before visit to ask if there was shampoo & conditioner, told yes to both but actually was only conditioner so had to go out and buy. Had to request 2nd bathrobe, no facility to call to reception "

"Fantastic highly recommend, from booking excellent communication. Room clean and spacious stopped with 2 adults 4 children. Close to amenities, Liverpool 1, dock and train station. Staff very helpful and help me with parking where to go. And such a good add on if want late check out. Can’t recommend enough for friends couples or families. "
