"Really clean room, minimalistic in design but nice. Comfy bed and lots of space. The shower was really good. Breakfast is pastries and coffee, but very good. Staff friendly. Ideal city centre location in the Liverpool One shopping centre, but you don't hear the noise. Parking is a 5 minute walk away in the Q car park, the hotel offers a discount once they confirm the booking. We have stayed here twice, its very good, we will be back."

Lift available- we were in first floor in room 3, living room was very overlooked from other apartments with no blinds so had to pull curtains which took away all natural light. Bedroom has blinds which were perfect - need them in living room as well. "Nice clean close centre full very good location parking and also EV charging available on the second night. There was a disturbance in the hotel and Fairplay we had our breakfast given to us free or Charge by the manager. We are certainly return again."
