"Just an amazing stay! The staff was so helpful and personable from the time we made our reservation. The 6-7pm wine/social time was the icing on the cake. Even though the hotel is located in a very active nightlife area, we never were awakened (or even heard) any noise at all! Walkable to shopping, Albert Dock, several great restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again when in Liverpool."

"Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. "

"The staff super friendly. Room was NOT A KING as described on Expedia. Told by front desk that is a UK king… which essentially was almost a queen. After objecting, they found us a room with two twins put together. As well as for our second room but that was a “accessible” room so not a totally acceptable change. The location is close to train station but also in a gritty part of town. One morning at 7:00 am there was trash all over the pedestrian street. Our room was quiet, air conditioning...

"Sehr schöne und moderne Unterkunft an der Waterfront in Liverpool. Geräumige Suite mit schöner Aussicht aufs Wasser. Unkomplizierter und persönlicher Check-In. Alles sehr sauber. Auto wurde am King Parkplatz geparkt, bequeme Zahlung per App. Es gibt wohl auch Parkplätze über das Hotel im Parkhaus, wurde aber nicht in Anspruch genommen. Ideale Lage für Erkundung von Liverpool, da direkt an der Waterfront. Typisch englisches Frühstück vom Buffet. Insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, kann man nur...

"The property was easy to find. Everything was very clean but the bathroom needed some maintenance. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. There's clearly a problem with the heating/water system. In the winter months the room would be perfect. In the heat we've had this summer, it was far too hot."

"W had a lovely stay in this well located hotel. The room was amazing and the staff extremely helpful. They are renovating the 1st floor, which was a bit noisy early one morning, but we spoke to reception and the ensured this did not happen the second night."

"Prior to our arriving we had some queries regarding the parking and the staff on the phone were very helpful and friendly. As we arrived early one of the domestic team was there to let us drop our cases off early. The apartment building was stunning outside and very nice and clean inside. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We will absolutely be back to stay when we return to this amazing city. Happy to recommend."
