It can be busy but a wait for more food or a seat is not too long. The tables were cleaned quickly and the staff working here were all pleasant and helpful. "Great location. Lots of space and well set out so great for large groups. Considering the apartment was supposed to sleep 11, it was disappointing that there were only 7 forks...Kitchen equipment was limited so if you're planning to cook for the group, think about what you might need and can easily bring. Consumables were also limited."

"We were very lucky to be upgraded at check in to an executive room.... Not sure why we deserved it but were very grateful for a very nice, spacious room. Lovely comfy bed, great shower with toiletries. Great location for walking to bars, restaurants and Liverpool One.
