"This cute bijou property is really well placed. It's close to everything - a few roads south of Bold Street and 5 minutes from John Lewis and entry to the docks. It's nicely decorated and the staff could not have been more helpful. They genuinely wanted to make sure that we had a good stay. I appreciated that the walls were thick so there was hardly any noise from neighbouring rooms."

The lobby and building were hot due to the weather, and there seemed to be no relief for a busy person helping the guests. "It’s quite central, in a good position for walking to the attractions. It’s very clean and quiet. We did have a winter quilt on the bed, which was way too warm for our heat wave. Iv passed a comment about the fact that you should have summer quilts, which would have made our stay even better. We would definitely book again. "Upon entering our room, we experienced water leakage in our bathroom. Maintenance responded promptly and repaired . The leak reappeared on 3 more occasions and maintenance promptly responded with temporary fixes. We have informed management and requested some reimbursement for our inconveniences. Awaiting response."
