"Great place to stay! Location was excellent if you are a tourist. Room was clean and the staff were very helpful. It's an ideal place to stay for families with young children, had loads of space. It's also ideal for someone staying there long term and just want to cook their own meals."

"Rooms were fantastic - very clean and of good size. Hotel is located in a pedestrianised area which made it inconvenient to be offloaded and picked up by transport. But its location is actually very good as it is right in the middle of the shopping area and one can also easily walk to many tourist attractions"

The rooms were clean, spacious and well stocked with tea coffe etc. and great to have a fridge in the room with bottle water. Great having proper milk in a bottle it is was a great addition. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Food was superb in the restaurant and breakfast room"

"We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful building. A really comfortable, quirky hotel, very convenient for sightseeing. Access direct to the station is a bonus. Staff very pleasant and helpful. There was a good variety to choose from at breakfast but hot dishes could have been warmer."
