The sink was blocked on my arrival for my 2 night stay, they told me that it would be unblocked the next morning but did to their credit eventually after a couple of hours, offer me a new room. I declined as I wanted to sleep after work and would have to collect the key. After coming back to the room after work the next day, the sink was no longer blocked however the sink faucet now...

"Due to hot weather I asked if we could move to a lower floor room for our 2nd night ( they had provide 1 fan that was already in the room and 2nd one which I asked for but room was like an oven ..) The staff were fantastic and found a room within a few minutes on a lower floor and cooler .. Thank you to the staff"

"I didn’t realise upon booking that the hotel has no A/C throughout, my room was 27 degrees, woke up at 2 am due to it being red hot and went and sat near reception as it was around 10 deg lower than the room, there was a free standing fan in the room which looked like it had done a few rounds with Mike Tyson, then just to top it off the fridge didn’t work at all, and when we reported it nothing was done. For £180 for 2 people for 1 night I could have stayed somewhere with a/c, a swimming pool &...
