No AC, very noisy with groups of kids coming in and out of the property.
It’s a giant hotel based around a multi-floor courtyard. No air conditioning or fridge or fans -which would not normally be a problem.
Very convenient for everything in North London (eg British Museum) and loads of restaurants along all the neighbouring streets.
The rooms need to have AC
When they come in to clean the room They should swipe over the bed o move them

In a hotel of a capital it is essential to have air-conditioning. Traffic is non stop throughout the night where you have to leave your windows open or die of heat. The lobby was nice and big but no where to sit with hundreds of travellers at a time checking in. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Good location and reasonably priced for the area.
It was a lovely stay, and everything was great. I just never checked out the AC situation and never expected it to be 28 degrees every day. We were placed on the 7th floor and the room was a sauna 24/7, no breeze came through the window at all, we had a fan but there is only 3 plugs in the room (+the tv one and none beside the bed) I understand its an old hotel and that is on me but I never expected something could be so HOT when it was cool outside in the mornings and evenings but the room never let up at all!!!!!!!! I would definitely stay again; it was a great location, and the staff was very helpful. I just would maybe come more prepared with portable fans if in the summer or stick to choosing to stay here during the non-summer months. Overall, great stay for its price and location on one of the busiest weekends in London in the summer!
Great hotel and amazing location! No AC in the rooms, but it was still a great hotel and I would definitely stay there again

A surprise to us is this hotel does not have air conditioning and also did not provide any fan. So during the hotter days of our stay in London, it was not very pleasant to stay inside the room.
Based on the pictures you couldn’t tell this is a massive hotel with hundreds of room per floors. The hallways vibe « The Shining ». The staff is rude, long waiting lines at the desk and elevators. No A/C in the room and no ventilation. I rented a « familiy room » which was in fact a 2 person room with 4 twin beds with barely any space to move around making this a security risk. I understand London is expensive but this wasn’t cheap either for this.
Decent hotel in a central location. I stay here often when on business. This time, the experience was not good. It was very hot and there was no air conditioning.
The hotel is well kept and the staff are lovely. But the lack of air con is a significant drawback in summer.
Handy location 10 min walk from Euston station and Russell tube station near by.
Plenty of restaurants and local shops close by.
Hotel room clean, comfy bed, only downside was the room was red hot over a scorching sunny weekend in london
Clean room, great clean powerful shower. Comfortable bed. Only downside was the lack of air conditioning during the heat wave, too soft pillows and thin walls. We unfortunately had people on our floor shouting down the corridors and slamming doors until well past midnight
This is a great place to stay in the Bloomsbury area of London, it’s a very central location. It’s easy to get to many attractions from here on foot, by bus or on the tube. The hotel itself is massive and the rooms may be a bit small but it’s very well staffed, has a great buffet breakfast and all the amenities you need. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Of the three of us staying in the room I’m the only one that had some wifi connection issues. This is my second stay here in 2 years and I’ll definitely stay again for our next visit.

This was a functional no frills hotel for a weekend stopover. It was clean and had excellent facilities, the breakfast was well worth the money and the staff were helpful and efficient. The location was very handy for the Russell Square tube and easy access to the Piccadilly line.A short walk from Euston Station. The rooms could benefit from aircon and more plug sockets...but the price was good for this location.

Fick ett rum som var tyst men otroligt varmt. Frukost åt vi inte då det var dyrt. Annars var det ett bra och prisvärt hotell.

Matig onderhouden. Douchen in bad. Badkamer zo klein dat ik er bijna niet in kon komen (deur tegen wc). Slaapkamer was ontzettend warm! Heel groot hotel. Veel schoolklassen. Grote ontbijtruimte met dus veel schoolklassen. Herrie. Ontbijt wel steeds aangevuld.
This location is affordable with zero charm. It's very corporate looking. There were a lot of tour groups and high school groups staying here.
Having said that, the location was great. The room was clean. The staff was very nice, there were only so many fans to go around. Keep in mind the rooms are stuffy and there is no air conditioning.
