"The only positive thing about this property was its location. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The apartment had cockroaches, spiders, and other insects, which made the stay very unpleasant. The air conditioning was essentially non-functional. Even though the thermostat was set to 16°C, the room never cooled down. It felt like the system was only running in fan mode and not providing any actual cooling. "A bit hard to find, on a small back street near the Globe Theater.
Spacious, modern room, quiet and peaceful place steps away from Borough Market, which is vibrant and heaving with people.
Really enjoyed my stay, but 2 thing to be aware of:
There is no phone in the room to contact the front desk, and no clock of any sort.
Which I found strange.
Also, no fire escape map on the door, like there is in every other lodging I have ever stayed in.

"We did like the location a lot. The place was nice but be aware the it is on the 3rd floor( USA 4th Floor 😉) and no elevator.
Also it was hot in London (July 2026) and no AC and in the apt was only a small fan. Small windows that you can only open a 1/4.."
