"Perfect stay from beginning to end. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the location was great, and the room was breathtaking. Better than the pictures, hands down one of the top 5 hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The only downside is it was the first place we stayed on our trip so it ruined everywhere else in comparison.
10/10 all around."

"Great great location, clean, friendly staff; the air conditioning saved us in hot weather in July. We were minutes away from a lot of tourist attractions and we were able to easily commute to distant locations via tube. Having a mini kitchen was also great so we could grocery shop in Sainsburys (next to the building) and cook in our kitchenette. Made our London experience very enjoyable."

"This is listed as a 4-star establishment but I couldn’t disagree more. The room smelled like mildew and it’s no wonder with a leaking sink in the bathroom- we had to pile towels under it every time we used it to catch all the water and when we mentioned it to the front desk they said they already knew about it. There was also no hot water it wasn’t even luke warm. The sofa bed for my daughter to sleep on was horrible- springs pushing into her back everywhere and noisy. The only perk was the...
