The apartment was quite small and basic but had everything we needed. It was very clean. It was very good value for money. We would stay again. The only negative we had was that the apartment was very warm at night and the air conditioning came on early in the morning and was quite noisy.

We had a great stay at this apart-hotel. The property was exceptionally clean, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The surrounding area was excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby, and the location was very convenient being so close to the station. The only minor issue was the green safety light in the room, which was quite noticeable at night. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and I would happily stay here again.

Great location, very close to the tube. There are three supermarkets close by and bars and restaurants if you want to go out. Very clean and well appointed and good soundproofing in the bedrooms so we didn't need to listen to the teenagers' noise! We could have done with an additional fan so that there was one for each room as it was very hot in London while we were there. Unfortunately there was no microwave either and no sharp knife for cutting, just cutlery knives.

Super convenient location. Decent accommodation, a little tired but clean and ok. Disappointing the aircom is broken and although fans supplied it was a hot night and they are noisy. Would stay again. Thanks

Perfectly Situated 2 Bedroom

The location cannot be beat. Close to the station (minutes walk) and amazing restaurants and pubs around. (Don’t miss St John, The Castle, Three Compasses). The beds seem to be American full size, two bedrooms one en suite and one with a nearby shower bathroom. The terrace was lovely and lots of room to move about in the living/dining. Fully appointed kitchen, and the housekeeping staff were lovely. Only downside is that this is NOT a hotel so extra linens and toilet paper aren’t a thing. The linens were super clean, but the pillows and bed comfort left a little to be desired if you are looking for hotel quality softness. Overall a GREAT option especially for a longer trip or one with kids.

Be careful. I booked this last minute, as a result I got no entry details. The entrance is in an alleyway and you need a code to get in. I’m so pleased it was still light when I arrived. I had to then call a number on the booking to work out how to get in. Had to try twice, eventually someone answered but had to put me through to someone else. Again grateful it was at a reasonable time, no idea what would have happened if not. Apartment was tiny, photos were very misleading! But it was clean and fine for what I needed. However, there is no way to lock the door from the inside. Having a code to get in, it did make me feel quite uneasy that I couldn’t lock myself in. Won’t be staying again.

Room was clean. But the area was really loud, the air con doesn’t work and despite being told “if you have any issues with the temperature please let us know and we will do our best to help you” I had no response in the 2 nights we stayed and barely slept because it was 25.5° in the room. It’s a shame because it had the potential to be a nice place to stay.

Third time staying here. Never previously had any problems. Accessed apartment using key code number. Popped out to the shop and got back around 6pm. Key code wouldn’t open the apartment door. Sent two WhatsApp messages that were ignored for 18 hours and answered the next day when I sent a third message. Called the landline phone number three times and no one answered. Luckily after half an hour and using the code for the thirtieth time the door opened. Otherwise I would have been locked out overnight! With my bag inside. So far had two messages apologising and saying the key logs say the code worked. But as I said this was the following day after check out time. Absolutely shower, customer service doesn’t exist. Won’t be returning.
