Beautifully designed room by David Chipperfield Architects-the reason I booked my stay here! The property is historic and well maintained. No matter how wonder the facilities are though, the staff makes or breaks a stay. In this case, the staff made an incredible building even more so with excellent service from the doorman to the front desk staff to the cleaning staff and spa staff. They all took it upon themselves to make sure I was being taken care of during my stay. I am looking forward to a return visit soon!

This hotel was amazing! The staff, decor, rooms, restaurants, everything was incredible! We plan to stay here again! We just wish it had more available kids hours for the pool!

Top notch service and facility. Every staff member we encountered was amazing. Amenities great. Spa amazing. And best location. Been a Ritz fan for years but this easily rivals it!

The hotel facilities are first class, true to their rating of a 5-star luxury hotel in central london. All places of interests like Oxford Street, Soho, Chinatown, Covent Garden, is within walking distance. The location is super busy but at the same is very quiet. Their staff are wonderfully warm and welcoming and they always try their best to make sure you have what you need or you know where you're heading. Truly impressive and impeccable services - rates are expensive but the services you get here is worth every penny.

Wonderful place to stay! Lovely helpful staff and amazing service. The breakfast was delicious and very generous. Excellent shopping and very easy transportation just a block off the doorstep. I would definitely stay again!
