Spacious new rooms with kitchenette. It’s a high-rise finance district and malls but it’s easy to hop on the tube and go wherever one needs. There’s a huge supermarket a walk away (Waitrose). The bed was very comfortable. I was my super tired from travel and arrived before check in. Staff were helpful to accommodate and help get a room asap. I’d stay here again

Brand new hotel with amazing staff who actually seem happy to help. The rooms are clean, smart, look nice and come equipped with everything. Great location as we were going to the O2 for a concert. Amazing restaurants all around. And it felt safe and quiet. If you’re staying in Canary Wharf, it’s definitely worth booking here!

It is a brand new hotel, opened mid May 2026. We stayed during the bank holiday weekend. It is greatly connected to the city centre in the modern financial district of Canary Wharf. Very easy to find from the underground stations are they provide are owed signage where to go, where to turn. Room itself was spacious, kitchenette well equipped. Staff was polite and very helpful. We also used late check out which casts £30. Definitely will consider the hotel for our next stay.

I loved staying at the Locke London Canary Wharf with my mum for one night. We chose to stay there because it is very close to the O2 Arena where we went to a Dermot Kennedy concert on Friday night. The venue is only one stop away from Canary Wharf underground station, which is very easy and quick to get to the hotel from. There are many signs indicating where the hotel is so after getting off at Canary Wharf underground station, getting to the hotel is really easy. We chose to stay at a city studio apartment which was great because we had more space, there was a mini-fridge, hob, microwave, kitchen sink and kitchen utensils. The television had options to use YouTube, as well as Netflix, and normal TV channels, even in other languages. The hotel has a super modern, urban and new aesthetic feel to it, which me and my mum, as frequent travellers, don't get to see very often. The cost-benefit was surprisingly good, after doing a deep search for hotel options in London, I was thrilled to find this price. Lastly, we got a lovely view of the Canary Wharf from the room with a beautiful skyline view of many modern buildings.

It is hard to rate this property because it is brand new and gorgeous with gorgeous views BUT as a new hotel a lot still needs to be sorted: - I stayed for 3 nights, my toilet kept running loudly and they didn't have a maintenance person to fix it so the front desk person tried to fix it but couldn't and eventually gave me another upgraded room (nice). Then as staff were super busy with queries from other guests, they somehow lost track of where they had put me and only registered me in my new room the next day. They then charged me a cancellation fee in error even though I was there the whole time; - at 2am staff knocked on my door (ok) and opened my door despite it being locked (hmm) to say the fire indicator had gone off for my room; - 1 elevator had no light other than the buttons but sometimes was the only one available; - there is a combined washer/dryer in each room (great! And a full kitchen!) but no instructions on how to operate the machine which I think is only used in UK/Europe. Mine would not dry so I had to hang up my wet clothes; - there is ONE lonely towel hook per room meant for 2 people. So lots to sort out but as mentioned it's a beautiful property, the AC is top notch, location is very close to Elizabeth line and the staff are very nice.

Although this is a brand new hotel and they might be experiencing some teething problems, I felt the issues I experienced could’ve been easily prevented. Upon check in, we were told to wait 10 minutes until they checked if a room was available and that it was cleaned. Not a great start. We eventually got to the room and there were peoples empty toiletries in the shower and hairs on the bed. I requested the bed linen and towels to be changed as well as the body wash to be refilled. Not only did this not happen, my room wasn’t made at all. The cleaners did not visit my room at all even with the requests made to reception. The receptionist even said she would do the towels and body wash herself but this failed to materialise. Not to mention that you cannot watch the tv from the bed or the sofa as the tv was placed above the sofa and away from the bed and was separated by a partition. The cleaner eventually came on day of check out at 8AM!!. Check out wasn’t until 11. On a positive note, the hotel decor was lovely and it was in a great location with a view of the o2 and river. It was within a 5 minute walk of the tube station. I hope the issues get ironed out as this hotel has loads of potential.

I loved this hotel. A+ staff. Rooms were bigger than any other I'd stayed in in London. Yes, It's not in downtown London, but if you walk 10 minutes you're at the Elizabeth Line that takes you right in. OH and the Elizabeth Line runs all the way to the airport. This was a great find!

The Locke hotels are always very beautifully designed and the rooms are very nice. The rooms are large, fully equipped kitchen and nice layout. We had some trouble with the A/C, but was immediately taken care of by the staff, who are very friendly. The only minimal drawback is that we stayed for 6 nights and had programmed housekeeping for the third night, but they never came. Also we had to go to the lobby to grab more supplies like toilet paper, tea and coffee when we asked for some. It’s not the worst thing, but I believe in a nice hotel like this one, you expect them to deliver it to you in your room. Everything else was perfect. The views are amazing and the surrounding Rea is very beautiful to explore.
