"Had a great stay here on a Sunday night. The weather was great so we were able to sit on the terrace.
There was both a wedding and a family party during our one night stay which took up a lot of the outdoor space but we did manage to find some seating.
Food was good and plenty of options"

Restaurant was excellent with a good selection of food and drinks.
The staff made you feel welcome.
Car parking was great and only 15-20 minutes from the airport.

"Thank you to Sabrina the duty manager for responding to the issues we experienced positively and for taking ownership of them. She was a credit to the hotel, worked hard and clearly cared about the guest experience. Sabrina was also thoughtful as she knows the other issues we experienced (nothing to do with the hotel) following a recent visit to Mexico.
We originally booked an accessible room. We did so purposefully because that room had a king sized bed. Unfortunately the room was tidy but was...

"Really close to Silver Parking at the airport. Quiet room, very well laid out. Only recommendation would be to add a grab bar in the wet room - the whole floor was wet after my shower which meant that using the loo and handbasin, the floor was slippery. Otherwise can't fault it and will definitely use again"

"Hotel itself was nice and the location was ideal for walking the city.
The bed was incredibly uncomfortable (concrete slab), pillows were like marshmallows, the room was stuffy with no air flow and very noisy - not just traffic, but a constant machine/humming from the hotel or vents.

"The staff were very friendly and the location was great! We visited during an extreme heat wave and unfortunately it was uncomfortable sleeping. "Approx 12 min walk to Hippodrome theatre.
Staff are excellent, helpful and polite.
We parked there £20 per day. Used electric charger but it did cut out before it should have - fortunately we had enough for our journey."
