There's good and bad here.
First, the good: the customer service via WhatsApp was very fast to address issues with the rooms although mostly because it seemed like they had a lot of vacancy anyway.
The less good:
1. They're called apartment but only some of the rooms are studios. Most are hotel rooms, but where near apartments. I fact some are so small it's barely even a hotel room. The first room I was supposed to be in, the desk/table was so small that you couldn't fit a chair in under it to work (as the mini fridge took the reste of the space).
2. The check-in process is sketchy. They ask for all of your sensitive info, including selfie and ID documents, and payment card, on a random unknown platform, very phishing-ready.
3. I received the code for 2 separate rooms with no explanations, turns out the room I was supposed to have needed maintenance, but I had t contact customer service to understand what i was supposed to do.
4. The second room had no chairs for the desk, and I had booked this accommodation specifically so I could work while at the hotel...
5. The chair-less room had sewer back up issues so I was transfered to yet another room in the basement.
6. The basement room was a studio, nice, right? We'll, until at early morning hours there's a ton of noise from above preventing you to sleep. Not unexpected for basement I guess..
Overall, I wouldn't recommend for more than 1 night, too many issues. But the customer service was helpful
