I stayed at this hotel numerous times over the last twenty years and co tinue to be impressed. The settjng is perfect overlooking the harbour, its decor stylish with rooms that are comfortable. I particularly liked the sumptuous tv placement and size, ameneties and storage space. The breakfast is served in the restaurant overlooking the harbour and is well catered to hot and cold options.

Great location and about 15 minutes from the station, an easy walk. The dockside area does get busy, avoid if you don’t like to see people having fun, lovely place to walk around plenty to see. We didn’t eat at the hotel, found a bus to Bath only a few minutes walk away. Nice friendly hotel

The staff was nice. The bed was super comfy. My room had no electricity when I checked in at 12:30am and no one offered to help me with my big bags as a single traveler. They dod come move my luggage to a new room. I appreciate the noon check out! Pretty good value.

We received a lovely welcome when we checked in and we were upgraded to a larger room with a waterside view. The hotel is perfectly located for the Bristol Sounds events and provides easy access to a wide range of food and drink options. We booked for bed and breakfast and we are glad we did, the buffet breakfast offered a selection of hot and cold choices and the breakfast room is delightful.

Nice clean hotel located in the middle of the Harbourside. Room was clean, bed comfy with a good shower. Breakfast was plentiful. Small grievance - did pay over £400 for 2 nights so assumed breakfast was included. Had to pay another £60 so nearly £230 a night is a little pricey..
