"A lovely little apartment right in the centre of Clifton village. Very cosy and well maintained. My only complaint would be there is no "Convenient and secure on-site parking, a rare amenity in the area", as described when booking. There is on paid on street parking but you have to arrive after 5pm to pay for all night parking. Other than that I would recommend. "

"Lovely property, staff warm and accommodating and high quality room. Things to note - a small lift which can be full at busy times and breakfast was underwhelming in comparison to what was advertised."

"The property was ideal place to stay while travelling through the UK. The Kitchen and Laundry facilities were fantastic and so was the location. Communication was quick and easy. Very thankful they offered packing across the road from where we were staying."

"Hotel is fairly central (less than 10mins walk to the harbour) but there the remaining City Gate is at the end of Broad Street which makes for a nice quiet street for the hotel to be on (even with a bar opposite). Room was clean with plenty of tea bags and instant coffee (and Biscoffs!). Beds were comfy. All the staff I dealt with (which wasn't many) were friendly and helpful"

"The room is good and of a reasonably high standard. There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs. A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding. The second big issue is the hall lights on a sensitive room sensor. There is no way to switch this off or lights off. "Nice clean hotel located in the middle of the Harbourside. Room was clean, bed comfy with a good shower. Breakfast was plentiful. Small grievance - did pay over £400 for 2 nights so assumed breakfast was included. Had to pay another £60 so nearly £230 a night is a little pricey.."

"Very spacious rooms: Nest & clean. Very good Breakfast. Room amenities were pretty good too. However, A/C filters weren’t clean upon our arrival. Similarly, bathroom door’s lock wasn’t working. But overall a good place to stay in Bristol city centre."
