"Staff were lovely and happy to help. We got a free upgrade to a harbour view rooms Rooms were spacious. Quiet room. Bathroom was new but room was slightly outdated and had stains on the carpet. Overlap a good stay. "

"Easy chill check in, nice room comfy bed. Good price for bank holiday weekend. Fantastic location if you want to be in the heart of the city - our room was noisy from the outside bars and clubs with the window open, but this wasn’t an issue as closing them soundproofed the whole place. Bathroom very small - not much space for getting ready etc. But not an overly big issue. Overall lovely. "

"The property had the facilities required for a stay in the harbourside area, clean and basic. The only tging I will say is watch the step as you come out of the bathroom pod other than that staff were friendly and had a great time"

Staff were really friendly and helpful too I recommend staying at this resort if staying in Bristol for a short spell and have activities going on in and around the area. Location is perfect for accessing the shopping centre and local sites. "
