"I’m a regular but this time I experienced something somewhat discomforting - the radiator was making a lot of noise on and off (despite the fact that it wasn’t turned on). Maintenance appeared to have tried to rectify the problem. But on my second night, the radiator suddenly became very noisy again. It was quite late already and I didn’t want to switch room.
