Room was very clean with some nice added treats. Popcorn and chips waters replaced daily. With Victoria Station in the basement it was SO easy to get around. The station itself has fun shops and restaurants. We had a few very minor issues that were addressed quickly anduchntinour satisfaction

Given the price, which is significantly lower than many hotels in the area, its not a terrible value. But this is no hidden gem. When I was dropped off in front, I pressed a button for the porter but no one showed up so I heaved my 50 pound suitcase up the flight stairs before someone opened the door and assisted me - with the top step. Breakfast was passable but the coffee tasted a bit tired and the room had an toilet paper dispenser in an ill-advised spot and a bathroom door that swung shut unassisted, not a deal breaker but annoying nonetheless. There were two NFL games on TV the picture quality was poor (the other channels were ok). Worst of all the bath towels smelled like glue.

Clermont Victoria exceeded my expectations. This is the serving time we stayed here. The location is fantastic, close to transportation, shops, and everything you might need. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and made the stay feel comfortable from start to finish. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. Thereā€™s also a wonderful restaurant right in the hotel, which made dining super convenient and surprisingly delicious, definitely a highlight of the stay. A great choice for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay in the area. I would absolutely return and recommend it to others!

This hotel is three star at best. It gives off the faƧade of a four star hotel but once you get to the rooms, it is absolutely nothing higher than a three star. The best thing about this hotel are the wonderfully accommodating staff (from the front desk to the housekeeping theyā€™re all kind and helpful) and the location. The hotel is connected to the Victoria station, which makes moving about London extremely convenient. My husband and I booked a four night stay here as a special getaway to have a little break as ā€œmom and dadā€ and spend some time just us. We had never been to London, but have stayed at plenty of other four and five star hotels throughout the US and in other countries. We booked a deluxe King room because the pictures online made it appear that the bed was set back, away from the door. I hate a room that has a bed right next to the door as you hear everything and it takes away from the experience. We hoped to have a peaceful getaway and enjoy the town so hearing a lot of noise when weā€™re trying to relax/sleep went against that. We can get that environment at home with a toddler. Upon check-in, they had kindly given us the 6th floor, which I had requested, but I found that the bed was right next to the door. Kamil was kind enough to accommodate a move to a deluxe king room that was set away from the door but when we moved to that room, which is on the third floor, it was quite loud! This is a beautiful hotel in a central location with a friendly and accommodating staff. I thoroughly enjoyed the week that I spent at The Clermont and wholeheartedly recommend it to other travelers. I especially enjoyed being able to access public transportation right at the hotel exit. It made me feel more comfortable being out and about at night because it was a short distance from the Tube.

This was our second stay at the Clermont. We chose the Clermont Victoria because of its location near the tube and train station as well as walkable to nearby activities. The rooms were clean and the snack and refreshments replenished daily. There are areas of the hotel which will require some maintenance in the near future. The sixth floor window near elevator: Separation of drywall from frame length of window. Looks like the paint in the room was touched up but two different wall colors. Would I stay there again. Absolutely because of the staff being friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect. Location, hotel Food Room service atmosphere but the staff was the best. Everyone there was all about you and providing the best customer experience and they succeeded

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The Clermont team helped to make my mum's birthday celebration extra special. It was much appreciated! The hotel is beautiful with a stunning Christmas tree in the foyer. The room was gorgeous and very clean. We couldn't believe how quiet it was, expecially considering where we were in London. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks again to all the friendly staff.

Beautifully decorated and very clean hotel. Furnishings, carpet and bedding all in new condition.heated floors in bathroom were so nice on cold days. Perfect location in city and direct access to Victoria Station. Staff very friendly and helpful with dining suggestions & getting a cab.

Really beautiful, historic building in a great location - right next to Victoria station, yet the rooms were quiet & really comfortable. Great wee gym. Very attentive staff. Will definitely return.

Room was good, but small, with the bathroom more crowded than a small head on a 34ā€™ sailboat. Staff very professional. Restaurant mediocre and over priced. We have used this hotel while in London for 30 years. No more! Iā€™m done.
