"I was surprised finding out that this hotel is also used by students long term, as it is really nice and well looked after! Unlike typical dorms! The staff there are absolutely amazing. Most of them I have contact with made me feel special and valued as a customer. A couple of them were especially nice, remembering me from previous days (I stayed there for 3 nights) and commented on our previous encounters.
Food is delicious and affordable, so I didn't even think of eating outside of the hotel. A huge choice of breakfast food, and dinner menu was interesting too.
Room was very clean and looked after, bed very comfortable and the pillows - I'd love to have them at home!
Communal areas there are welcoming and friendly. Also, I like their open support for LGBTQ+
The only one minus to the highest score is the fact that most rooms don't have fridges. It was quite hot during my stay in Glasgow and the option of having a cold drink from the fridge was not there. So instead of 10/10, I'm giving this place 9.5/10."
