"Every thing was very tip top"

"Our holiday with my daughter as she celebrated her 18th birthday was brilliant, however I have a few disappointed during our staying in caravan, the caravan was nice, a wide area good atmosphere an so-rounding, the concern is the toilet there is no caddy soap, no rug on the floor, no WiFi. No free towels. But a part from that I love Cornwall, I will coming back again on the summer time next year."

"Lovely small quete place to stay there's no places to eat but less then a mile away at least three pubs with food and a Tesco lots of fish to catch if you are into that . Can't wait to go back"

"Lovely lodge! Clean and well presented. Rather short on a few items though. No egg cups. No chopping boards. I could have done with a small brush and shovel in order to leave the lodge a bit cleaner. Apart from that it was a beautiful lodge and very spacious. We had a lovely few days."

"Pod was spotless and very well equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, microwave. Plenty of room for a family of 4 with a double bed and double sofa bed. Parking beside the pod which would easily fit 2 cars. The site was very clean and well presented. Check in was very easy and the owner was very informative and friendly. Very well stocked shop. "Perfect. Will do it again"

"Very clean"

"Lovely stay whilst house hunting in the area. Clean, warm, well facilitated property with a bath, big tv and fully kitted out kitchen. Comfy big bed and lots of space. Owners were great and the surroundings are beautiful, I highly recomend."

"Fabulous place, so clean and the guest house is in the most beautiful area"

"Comfortable but mattresses and bed linen prevent me from giving it a higher rating. If you are expecting very comfortable mattress and crisp white linen then you will be disappointed. Kitchen facilities are excellent. Living room furniture is also in good condition. Patio furniture could be more comfortable as in having a recliner"

"Nice place"

"Excellent location, very well and cleanly maintained. Facilities and amenities just as mentioned on the listing. Our furry pet was very comfortable at the property. Great to have a pint of milk , tea and coffee sachets handy. Hope to visit again sometime."

"Fantastic stay and stayed in the tree top lodges very comfortable and totally enjoyed the stay"
