lovely place to relax and unwind so peaceful fishing was a bonus for hubby groundsman was helpful and very friendly could not fault anything

We only stayed the night but we had a fabulous time. The lodges are really well kept and the facilities are excellent. Throw in some lovely sunshine and it is perfect.

An absolute little gem of a place set in a quite and peaceful location around a fishing lake the pods are very spacious and the log burning hot tub heats up pretty quick and stays hot for ages the decking area is large and it all lights up in the evening can’t fault anything with this place was absolutely fabulous will be returning for longer next time

Excellent pod had all the amenities you could need. Very quiet, and lovely sitting out on the deck over the large pond with a glass of wine. The owner came passed and was very chatty and helpful suggesting where to fish. I think our only annoyance would be the skylight above the bed didn’t have a blackout blind so was very light at 4 in the morning, but great for seeing the stars. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful place to stay, very peaceful. Lovely cabin and hot tub. One negative is that the mattress on the bed is absolutely awful and so cheap that you feel all the springs.

We had a lovely stay in our cabin everything was thought of and covered, was suprised with how comfy the bed was, overall a very calming and relaxing place to go for all involved the perfect little weekend getaway

Beautiful space to reconnect

We had a fabulous time. Check in was seamless. Venue was exactly what we were looking for; quiet, picturesque, intimate. It gave us as a busy parents, working to reconnect and just be.

A really relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Lovely hot tub and was great to have fast staff contact from Inguna. Helped solve our issue and even offered to drive 15 minutes to help us. Would highly recommend.

I needed a night away it was so peaceful. The log cabin was cosy and warm with firewood provided to light a fire . The man who welcomed me started the fire and was helpful. The cabin had everything you would need it was beautiful but most importantly it was so clean and tidy I will definitely be returning

Beautiful place .lovely pod, clean and tidy, hot tub great .plenty of wood left at the pod to use for a weekend as the water stays ot for hours .! The only 1 thing missing was a toaster, but we had everything else we needed. Thankyou the firs.

The site was lovely. You would not realise it was on a residential street. Staff that phoned was lovely and very informative. Everything around the pod was clearly organised and signs for instructions were provided where needed. Amazing atmosphere sitting by the lake, even if you don’t fish! Amenities were great too. Shops nearby if needed. As others have mentioned, the shower is the only small downfall (quite literally) as the pressure is quite poor. Sadly I think this is down to the shower model itself as I’ve had this shower previously at other properties and had the same experience. Not of owners fault as this may of only been the one compatible with the fuse box. Other than that, great experience and will definitely add it to our list of “approved places” to stay.

A** stay, we only stayed for one night but we would have been happy staying for days! Easy to check into the pods and all information available in the pods. Parking was next to the pod and it was all gravel. The grounds are very well looked after. Hot tub was easy to heat by lighting a burner. It didn’t take long to heat to tub! We had a very nice comfortable stay and will definitely be returning! Thanks!

Beautiful place to stay

The cabin we stayed on was gorgeous and exceeded our expectations by far. The small pond that the cabins are based is lovely and peaceful. Perfect for a quiet night away. Not too far from the shops and amenities but far enough away that it is quiet and relaxing. We ordered food from the restaurant at the sister hotel and it was delicious and reasonably priced. The hot tub was filled prior to our arrival but we forgot our swimwear so didn't end up using it sadly! We will definitely return again and remember the swimwear to make the most of the hot tub! The cabin itself head every thing we needed and was well kept and clean. Loved sitting out on the deck with our morning coffee and watching the wildlife.
