Close to the historical center, this family run guest house posesses a lot of charm. Warm welcome, very good English spoken at the reception desk. Our "apartment " was in the back and fairly new and spacious.
We enjoyed the breakfast with great views of a small historic site. Bikes can be had for touring the old city. Sitting outside on the small porch in the evening is very relaxing.
Only opportunity for improvement would be the mattress, which is very hard, even for Thai standards. And the bedroom is a bit too small for the bed, so it's a bit tricky to get in and out. But these are minor items.
