"Front desk great staff.parking is easy and a few steps away from entry~ Very safe we like the ground floor because were in our 70’s.Our room was clean beds crisp sheets and a comfortable bed.Upstairs has a great view also sunsets! Complementary breakfast is a nice variety of make your own waffles! Coffee is good. Something for everyone.Close to where you want to be!"

"Its a nice motel, quiet, clean, pet friendly of course. I used to live over in this area in some apartments behind the small shopping center next to it and I feel its pretty safe. They have cameras installed around the motel though for guests peace of mind. Its got restaurants And Jitter Bean right across the street super convenient.. warm place to stay for a night or 2. Alao the shower handle fell off while turning it one and they were very nice about it and offered a change of room immediately...

"It's a neat historic hotel located on the town square which is a great location in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. They had a great farmers market on the Square on Saturday. Very cool. The hotel is old but classic. The room was large and the bed comfortable. It's dated but clean. They could probably do away with the dated wall paper and it keep it's charm. Staff very friendly. We had a nice time. For us much classier than a corporate run of the mill hotel "

"We drove down from Washington State for my birthday and we arrived to be greeted very politely and warming. Walked us to our room and gave us the run down of the history of the home. The entire facility was clean and smelled clean as well. Both hosts were very polite and accommodating! Thank you so much for a memorable birthday weekend. "

"This hotel reminded us of the glory days of Eureka. The room was nice, but a bit noisy as we needed open windows at night, which lets in traffic noise. The architecture of the place is great. All the staff are personable, friendly, and helpful. "

"Very young Front Desk Staff & friendly. I booked online with Expedia & “Breakfast Included” was stated. On arrival, I was told “Breakfast Included”. Next mourning in the dining room, I was handed a menu with prices. I asked if this was the “included” breakfast & told ‘Yes’. I ordered an omelette & beverage. "Loved this beautiful old hotel, the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Very conveniently located in the historic downtown. My only hesitation to recommend it to some folks would be if you went the wrong direction you would quickly enter a small group of homeless people.
