"First thing I would comment on is the staff! They were amazing! From the front desk to the breakfast personnel...everyone was friendly, smiling, and so willing to help! Made an amazing first impression! They should all get a raise! Our room was not quite ready when we got there around 5pm and we were given two free drink coupons for having to wait. I don't think it took ten minutes before we were able to go up to our room. Breakfast was good and again the breakfast lady was fantastic! The location was okay for what we needed, but maybe not as convenient for folks who wanted to walk to services or food. Not too much close. The only reason I didn't give this five stars is because our room didn't have very good lighting. I had a hard time putting on makeup as it was difficult to see. Also, the shower had very little pressure and only opened one way which made it difficult to turn water on without getting in. Otherwise, it was comfortable and fit our needs well. I would definitely stay here again, just because of the staff! So nice to be so welcomed!"
