"Great service rooms and location"

"Very clean room but very basic. It did the trick but the walls were paper thin and you could hear everyone walking in the hallway at all time of day. Great location."

"Never stayed in a room this small before. The bathroom was a joke. I'm 5'8" and whilst sitting on the toilet, my knees touched the wall in front. No space to dry yourself after a shower. Two single beds occupied much of the room with only a small gap between them. View from bedroom was the back of other buildings surrounding it. Cost was eye watering for what we got and no breakfast provided. The owner, Inaki, was very pleasant but our overall feeling was that we had been conned."

"Had an amazing time here - the location is ideal for the old town and restaurants. Ibon was extremely helpful and friendly, and went out of his way to provide any information or assistance we needed. The water dispenser (hot and cold) was a great help also!"

"Great location for old town, beach, shopping. In an old building full of character. Café next door good for breakfast. On busy road but ok when windows shut."

"Instrucción to the building and room were clear and easy friendly. Room and bathroom assigned were super clean. I will book again at Pension El Puerto!"

"It was a great hotel. Right in the middle of everything. Our room had a great view of the theater with its beautiful fountain. Super comfortable and easy to access. No parking but a couple of options near by."

"Paolo and Idoia were wonderful hosts! Very friendly and helpful, and I would definitely return if I get the chance! Thank you--Tati and Rob send our gratitude!"
