"We had a wonderful stay at Hanasa Pu Luong - it's a beautiful property in a great location for exploring the area on foot or bike. The staff members are all so welcoming and hospitable, and helped us to arrange a tour and transportation which was much appreciated! Our room was beautiful, with a private pool overlooking the rice paddies. It was such a relaxing, serene hotel and I would recommend to anyone who is planning to visit Pu Luong!"

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. "

"Hotel a priori bastante bien, con unas buenas visras y piscina infinity pero que al ser invierno estaba bastante desangelado. Eramos casi los unicos clientes. Desayuno correcto y el servicio mejorable, no tenian claro si el pago de la habitacion estaba realizado y se nos cayó en la ducha el dispensador de gel (las baldas estan bastante mal posicionadas en el baño) lo cual se rompió y nos lo hicieron pagar.
