"The room was clean and ready for early check in. I did not eat the breakfast, but I did check it out while I was getting my coffee. It looked very good and it was so much more than the usual continental breakfast at most places. The bed was comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was clean. It is also conveniently located close to Coney Island Beach but out of the hustle and bustle area."

"I've stayed at the property before. This time I had a larger room with a better view. My stay was extended and I was appreciative I could stay in the same room. The breakfast is a great part of the mornings here. It is a full hot breakfast with a variety of choices. The location is central to where I could meet up with relatives and enjoy the sites. The only caveat is my room was near the staircase and for some reason the cleaning staff used my floor and that nearby staircase constantly. So...

"Cleanest hotel I have been to in NYC and not crowded. Great location, although not in NYC, easy to hop on a bus to the subway. Gym was fantastic. Staff was friendly. Overall quite an unexpected pleasant experience."

"I liked the large TV with like to lots of channels, internet and the ability to cast your own device to it. The continental breakfast was good with alot of choices and NY style bagels plus juices that were’nt too watered down like Hampton Inn. The front desk was very helpful. The single elevator was a little small and slow but it served its purpose. The hotel loading zone was very helpful."

"From start to end this was a disappointment. When we arrived our booking thru expedia never reached the concierge desk and had to go on a call for half hour and get it sorted. The room I had booked was then not available.
