"We were there for 5 days. It was impeccable. The location, service, ambiance everything was perfect! All small attentions that makes you feel comfortable. We took the water taxi from (and to) the airport directly to the hotel fastest way to get there. Easy to walk around and along the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent"

"We were given perhaps the worst room in the hotel (small, with a mini window and humidity smelling). We complained to find out that there were much better rooms in the same floor 2 doors away. Why would the front desk do this to a guest?
Also be ready for wind shaft. The windows are not sealed and air flows through specially on windy nights."
