"The room we occupied was on the 21st Floor with amazing views over this delightful city. The room was of adequate size but short of storage space for a longer stay. The staff were very courteous and handled our queries with knowledge and experience. Special mention should be made of Boris who served us in the restaurant and the coffee shop and went far and beyond the norm to ensure our stay was pleasant and our needs were met."

"Clean room. Good breakfast. Fitness room is small but perfect for my needs. You can choose not to have your room clean and they give you a complimentary drink (put the tag on your door ) - I really liked this idea. Overall a nice experience , only suggestion is : if you have light sleep maybe book an interior room. "Large, comfortable room. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Public transportation was readily available, capable of connecting you to downtown quickly. Fantastic, extensive fitness facility on site. Plenty of grassy areas outside to walk your dog."

"Nonostante sia un hotel enorme (12 piani) ho trovato le camere accoglienti e silenziose, essenziali, ma tutto il necessario c'era. "- bed hard and uncomfortable - never given Wifi information - bathroom never cleaned - dirty towels never replaced - prearranged shuttle was not at airport upon my arrival - staff prearranged a shuttle to the airport and put me in a taxi instead which ended up costing 3 times more than the shuttle"

"The property was in a perfect location to be able to walk everywhere. Many restaurants and shops very close. Staff was always very friendly and the room was clean. For myself the room was a very good size and I don't see an issue for 2 adults either. I had the standard room with the queen size bed. The only thing I want to mention is that this hotel is on a pedestrian street and you will have to walk 2 blocks for a taxi or uber. If you have an issue with dragging your luggage a couple blocks...
