The owner and his wife were so gracious and welcoming — and able to get the place ready for us in short order. The apartment is very charming and a lot more spacious than it looks online. "The property is located in a beyond beautiful bay. The apartments with a sea view are superb. There are a couple of nice sandy beaches nearby. There is nothing more to do when staying here other than to relax. There is no bike hire that we could find at this end of the Island. The best part of staying here is the wonderful outside restaurant. It is run by the whole family who are so friendly it makes you feel very much at home. You must have the local Peka dish which you order earlier in the day as it takes 3 hours to cook. Highly recommend if you are looking to relax and eat well."

"Bozica is a slice of heaven off the Croatian coast. Swimming off the back patio was amazing. The hotel is modern and well kept with a first rate staff. The hotel and bar are good, but there are better options on the island. Be aware that the hotel is on an island and you should budget an additional 200-300€ to get to and from the airport or a couple of hrs each way by public transportation to save some money. Other than that, highly recommend!"

"Forget big hotel companies this is a beautiful, peaceful and idyllic place for my family to stay for 3 blissful days. The personal, friendly owners couldn’t have been more welcoming and and helpful and honestly the food was exceptional. The sea was the cleanest I’ve seen anyway and the pool and hot tub were added bonuses. Amazing value and location."

"Guest House Kiko was exactly as advertised. Room was clean and host communicated well on how to meet once we arrived. The location was ideal for visiting Mljet National Park (which is just a few steps away) and staying in Pomena with a spectacular view. The restaurant attached had a lot of charm, friendly staff and great food."

"This hotel was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The family that own it are so helpful and kind , they will do everything to accommodate you, with a smile and sincerity that you just don’t find in other hotels. We are coming back in September and look forward to seeing them again. The old time charm of the hotel along with its history are amazing. Highly recommend it !"

"I love it here the beach is impeccable, it’s so serene! The place is clean and staff friendly. The spa is great. I will say I was a little disappointed in that there is no real gym last year there was a little outside gym nothing great but it worked, this year it was total demolished with only one machine standing. Other than that though I love it. Also, while being an Expedia gold member and getting the perk of 20% off the personal RT airport to hotel transfer that’s very convenient however there is an option to save money, there’s a ferry to look up no one told us about that option so I take away points for that but I also don’t mind the convenience of personal travel it just cost significantly more. Of course I’d go again hopefully the gym is upgraded next time."

"The bedroom was spacious and we also had a lovely balcony with views down to the harbour. We were met by our host on arrival and he showed us on a map some places to see in the national park. Due to ferry times, we arrived before the normal check-in time but our room was still ready which was appreciated. The bed was a bit soft but we still managed to sleep well. The window shutters helped to keep it nice and dark too and the air conditioning worked well. The kitchenette was small but well equipped, although we didn't cook that much as the range stocked by the local shop was not that wide! The one downside was the water for showering and washing up which was tepid most of the time. "
