"DO NOT BOOK HERE. ILLEGAL BOOKINGS.
Where to start. It’s absolutely not a hotel. Firstly, it’s illegal. There’s signs everywhere. It’s crazy that hotels.com advertise them.
You don’t even get access to the pool, despite them using it in their pictures. They don’t offer any help with check in, it’s really backward. The key was difficult to locate and just in an unlocked postbox. The room was a mess with sticky stuff all over the floor. And to top it off there’s no working air con, roadworks...

"I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this time I feel compelled to share my experience so future renters are aware. I booked accommodation at “Landmark 81 & Vinhomes Lexington” for a short trip, and from the very first night things went wrong.
The bed mattress was placed upside down, which gave me a terrible backache. When I tried to flip it, I discovered the other side was extremely dirty, with a large wet stain. It was obvious this was the reason the mattress had been turned...

"Communication before checking in was dismal. Lucky for me, I have a brother who lives in the area and was able to communicate with the host on my behalf to facilitate the checking process; otherwise, it would be very much impossible as there was no front desk check in service. Once we checked in, we didn’t even know that we were supposed to sign in with fingerprint service to access the property. We had to ask grumpy security guard to let us in.
The amenities were also lacking, no bathroom,...
