"Hot tub on the porch was very nice! The location was close to everything that we needed to do in Estes. Room was clean and our stay was quiet. There were a number of activities to do at the property but we didn’t have time to try them. We will be back."

"The breakfast menu had yogurt, toasted breads and pastries, freshly boiled eggs, various cold cereals with milk, and coffee and juice. It was very nice and adequate. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us a good recommendation for a nice place to go for dinner. We enjoyed our stay and it was a nice quiet and peaceful hotel."

"In all honesty we won't be back. The checkin process was not clear. The sliding glass door entry was difficult, stuck glass door every time. The combo to access didn't work because its a lock box to access loose keys. No clue. The old bed was not comfortable. The pillows were very flat, all 4. There were many signs that the room was not cleaned or poorly cleaned. Actually found some dark hairs under the sheets. The floors were dirty too. Oh and the toilet was extremely low (I'm 5'2") Really...

"Property is spacious. Room was very clean. Heater and water temperature worked great. Only issue was that upon arrival, the door to my room was unlocked and the lock did not work. I called the number provided and maintenance arrived promptly to try to fix the issue. After not being able to fix it, I was offered another room. "

The fact that the only refrigerator, coffee machine and water dispenser are in the service room downstairs is quite inconvenient; and the “hot tub” was outside of the building in the open area made it practically unusable during Colorado winter.
