"The Hotel itself was not as depicted in the online photos, both indoor and outdoor were very unappealing. I booked the King Suite with jetted hot tub. During check in the staff were very condescending and rude as well as unhelpful. The walk to the room was very eye opening. Trash bins in the hall full of garbage. The reek of marijuana and the stench of mildew"

"The staff was very helpful with fixing my room issue when I discovered my assigned room didn't match what I booked. I was reassigned to a accessible bedroom which was an upgrade (bedroom vs studio), but unfortunately the cleanliness of the room was subpar. The bathroom wasn't clean at all - there was still dried toothpaste on the sink faucet and handle, the bathroom counter and toliet didn't appear to be wiped down and the side table next to the bed had something spilled on it that had dried and...

"The hotel was fine. Room was not so clean, especially the bathroom. Shower was dingy and dusty. Gnats flying around in bathroom. Probably would not stay here again."

"I gave 3 stars for amenities. They have a great gym and a very nice pool. The pool was closed for maintenance the entire week From what I understand they couldn’t get the chemical levels right. Disappointing for me as the pool was one of deciding factors on booking this hotel. The staff is super nice and accommodating, the breakfast selection is very good and the lady is constantly restocking everything. I would definitely stay here again but I will make sure the pool is in working condition."

"-Whole stay the place smelled like weed. 👎 -Pool was closed -First thing toilet wouldn't flush & phone in room didn't work. -Staff was nice & switched us rooms. 👍 -Next room just had a loud A/C -Almost all ice machines were broken... After asking only one on the far end of hotel was working. -Breakfast was less than expected but at least it was there. -Overall not worth what the room cost."

"It had average reviews online but our room had chunks of blinds missing so that others could easily see into our room, no trash can, the tv remote didn’t work, the floors were dirty, the shower water was freezing, the toilet lid had #2 residue, and there was a condom wrapper behind the radiator. Granted, we got there very late at night and the reception person was kind."

"Ok Hotel but some things seemed run down and lacking. Room had a strong smell of cleaners, there were holes in the carpet, the shower drain was plugged. The rooms are not too insulative from hallway noise nor outside."
