When I checked in ,I wasn't given any information about what the hotel offers,such as excise room nor when breakfast begins and ends,,The desk in my room was chipped in various places on the top, which was very disturbing and distasteful,the toilet would back up each time we urinated and flushed,lastly we placed a do not disturb sign on the out side of the door indicating that no hotel service was needed and our personal and belongings was not to be touched, however the he sign was discarded and removed from the door and the hotel staff entered our room when services was not needed and our rights and privacy was totally ignored and invaded, after check out I was not asked nor offered any receipt,nor how I would like to receive my receipt such as printed or email, I would like a full refund back for the poor service, horrible room experience and for violation of our personal rights and privacy, I only stay at Marriott Hotels whenever my family and I travel,but this was a disturbing and distasteful experience,as I stated I'm requesting a refund, Thank you for your time and attention, and I will continue to. do business with Marriott but this was and is un exceptable!!
