"Hotel is clean and orderly"

"There were flies in the dining room, we requested candles to deter flies from coming. Also reported to front desk after we checked in. The food that are on display should be free from flies to avoid getting ill."

"Friendly , helpful & respectful staffs. Clean room and spacious. Great location near SM Bacoor. Great foods & with gate security. This was our 2nd time to stay and will definitely come back. Highly Recommended. "

"Well maintained"

"Standard drop from the last stay when I was there. The customer service not as good. Airport shuttle wasn't arranged properly. The housekeeping missed cleaning my room and the laundry need to call them to deliver to my room instead of placing them in my room when ready."

"For my nine days of stay, they never changed my sheets."

"Very clean room. Staff was exceptional . Chris the bartender is the man! Keeps guests entertained and well taken care of! Great hotel clean Hotel and amazing food and staff! It deserves a 15/10 rating!!!!!!"

"staff are very friendly and remember your name especially for the 2nd stay. More quiet good for business visitor, a bit far from malls."

"The room was clean though the toilet could be cleaner, there were stain marks on the corners of the shower and sink. Staff were friendly but some weren’t. Don’t hesitate to ask for toiletries, towel and slip ons, if you booked for 3 or 4 people, because normally they give a standard of 2 persons. Breakfast was good but not so great needs more western varieties. They have a strict rule of not bringing any food out, even packed yoghurts for breakfast buffet, as I was told off 😬.. (didn’t know,...

"The room was well maintained. The maid cleaned the room and changed the towels each day. The breakfast buffet was good and had a wide selection of food. The concierge was helpful."
