"The pension is conveniently located for exploration of the area by car. My room was clean and the property is well maintained. The reception desk representative is not present in the building. You have to communicate with them via SMS, email, WhatsApp. This involves check in and check out. Upon my arrival I had to send them a photo of my national ID to receive a PIN for opening the entrance door and my room."

It was at 8:30 pm, so I went to the reception desk since the letter that we were given during check in earlier that night stated that the front desk was staffed till 9:00 pm. There was nobody there. Schade fand ich, dass mir gleich von Beginn an 2 Tagespauschalen für die Garage in Rechnung gestellt wurden, obwohl ich nicht in diese gefahren bin. Nach der ersten Nacht hab ich dies der Rezeption bekannt gegeben, mit dem Hinweis, dass ich erst um 8 Uhr morgen eingefahren bin. Es wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass dies entsprechend korrigiert wird.
